恐怖：前男友把她的裸照，发给了300个人（组图）

刚过去的这个春节长假，有小情侣互秀恩爱积极造小人的，也有上演分手互撕闹剧的……杭州一位超300人大群群主拉前男友进群“批斗”，却被爆裸照遭反杀……

杭州这对春节前刚分手的小情侣，在春节期间又为网友制造了一段剧情波折的手撕和反杀大戏。

根据钱江晚报报道，余杭姑娘小美是个超300人大群的群主，而她的前男友江某曾经是群成员。今年1月，江某提出分手后就退了群。仍对前男友不死心的小美将两人春节期间吵架的微信聊天记录发到了群里让网友评理，还“作死”般拉江某再入群围观自己被网友不堪入目的脏话骂成“渣男”。于是江某出其不意地反手就发了两张小美的不雅照到群里，正要发第三张时被踢出群。随后，小美报警，而江某于2月11日被警方抓获并被依法行政拘留8日。

闹剧一经报道，网友评论也是炸开了锅。

不过令人意外的是，对于江某的违法行为网友没有过多指责，相反，倒是嘲讽小美的居多。

嗯，虽然这女方涉嫌将男方置于网络暴力之下确实有错在先，但裸照被曝光对受害者造成的伤害要更为深重。还有一点需要注意的是，无论做什么都不该触犯法律。

将分手恋人的不雅照发布到网上，侵犯别人隐私的行为，放在哪儿都是违法的行为。

在国外，这种行为还专门有个词叫revenge porn（复仇色情）。外媒还专门对这类行为有过报道。

英国真人秀节目《爱岛》(Love Island)的21岁选手Zara McDermott就曾对BBC分享过她遭遇的两次复仇色情事件。

McDermott告诉BBC，她第一次遭遇复仇色情是在她上学的时候，一个男孩将McDermott发送给他的裸照在同学间传播。而她是在无意间发现另一个男孩正在手机上观摩她的裸照。

而那些传播的人才应当受到严惩。

而根据BBC的报道，一项新的研究显示，只有3%的复仇裸照受害者成功地对罪犯提起诉讼。研究还显示76%的受害者并没有向警方报告侵犯她们隐私的人的罪行，另外，90%的人说，假如她们能在起诉过程中保持匿名，她们就会向警方报警。

因此，作为公众人物，McDermott倡导复仇色情的受害者应该给予保持匿名的机会，让她们有勇气向罪犯提起诉讼，并且不受到公众的指责，能够继续过普通人的生活。

不过，也有女性敢于拿起法律的武器向这种行为宣战。
