The Role:
Cold and Warm sales calls.
Assist in conducting initial consultations with clients to understand their mortgage needs, financial situation, and objectives.
Communicate with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions to find suitable mortgage options for clients.
Collect personal and detailed information/data from the borrower.
Follow up actions throughout the loan application and approval processes.
Stay updated on current mortgage rates, products, and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Offer exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships and source new business through encouraged referrals.
Build up connection network to develop your client source and database.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of mortgage products, services, and best practices.

Requirements:
Be good in both English and Chinese
