We are a wholesaler of bedding products and looking for a motivated, organized and proactive Office All-Rounder to complement our high performing team. You will be required to work independently and be an active team member, be able to adhere to deadlines and have excellent time management skills. We are a small team and there will be opportunities to try yourselves in other areas and also to grow.
About you: Your ability to solve problems whilst being supportive to other team members and work independently is essential, along with a positive attitude and an ability to complete tasks.
Reporting to and working closely with the Finance and Operation Manager, the responsibilities of the role will be as follows:
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
• Daily process customer orders and delivery schedule
• Handle product warranty Claim
• Work closely with the management team and assist in Ad-Hock duties
• Provide support for both internal and external stakeholders
To be considered for this role, the following skills and experience are highly regarded:
• Proficient Microsoft Office Skills especially in Excel
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines with speed and accuracy
• Friendly Phone Manner
